About Human pigmentation database
Human Pigmentation Database (HPDB) is a unique database created for public use by researchers involved in pigmentation biology. It encompasses genes involved in pigmentation in humans. It includes information about genes and variants related to skin, hair, eye pigmentation in different populations and gives information about variants, gene location, amino acid change (if any), effect size etc.
